This recipe was'nt bad but wasn't fantastic either. I was expecting it to have a certain flavor but it tasted very plain and dry. I come from a family that uses alot of different seasonings so my opinion might be biased.

AMAAAAAAAAAAAZING! I used 1/2 pine nuts & 1/2 cashews, toasted, instead of peanuts.Tossed with penne pasta. Definitely would make this again!

Awesome recipe for using up a lot of thai basil...tastes great and can be used on a lot of dishes. Noodles, rice, chicken, pork, seafood, etc. So quick to throw together as well! Thank you!

I loved this recipe! I used it over rice noodles with shrimp as the main dish and edamame as a side. my whole family loved it! I will definitely make it again.
In fact, I did make it again. This time I made a large batch and froze it in ice cube trays. I look forward to using it over the winter when I no longer can harvest basil from my garden!
