- 1 Tbsp. ginger (grated, juice only)

I didnt have any ginger, i used brown sugar, and regular shoyu. i minced garlic and pressed garlic and used beer in my potato starch for coating and the guys loved it!
So easy and the longer it marinates the better it tastes!
