This recipe is absolutely, hands down the best apple crisp that I've ever made! I've never made one with a bottom crust but that's what really made the whole dish different and added more flavor because the buttery, ooey gooey crumble crust is the best part of an apple crisp! I ended up adding an extra stick of butter to mine because I thought that it was dry feeling and looking after I incorporated the ingredients together and I like mine to be more moist and gooier and to get it more moist is to add more butter! So I did and it came out perfect! I only cooked mine for the 35 minutes and the only words that my whole household had to say was yummy in my tummy! And how soon can you make it again! LOL!

So so good. I cut the brown sugar and flour and it turned out great! Great recipe.
