I didn’t care for the vinegar taste I would vmcut back on vinegar otherwise it wasn’t too bad

Too much balsamic vinegar for my taste. Would not make again.

I loved this!!!! Would totally make it again! It was my first time playing with tofu! I put it on top of a bed spinach and fennel as a salad with a bit of olive oil and a touch of the marinade!

Way too much vinegar we could barely eat it. Sorry. Will not be making it again.

Suuuuuuuch a good dish! Keep in mind that it is a very intense balsamic flavour. It's also worth using a higher quality balsamic vinegar. Pairs really well with a rice or quinoa dish that can absorb the extra sauce. Definitely worth doubling the garlic as well.
