- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa (I use Dutch but regular is fine also)
- 1/2 baking powder
- 1/4 salt
- 2 oz. bittersweet chocolate
- 2 unsalted butter (melt the chocolate and butter in microwave for about 30 seconds, stir and put back in for another 30 seconds if needed. Let cool for a few minutes.)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white (slightly beat the two together)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. low-fat sour cream (not fat free)
- 1 Tbsp. chocolate syrup (Hershey’s)
- syrup (Extra, for garnish, optional)
