It was fabulous! The cookies were a hit. I may have used too much oatmeal ( I learned I should spoon the oatmeal but doing that didn't quite work out - so I will stick to my original way lol!!! ) Thank you>

These cookies turned out delicious! They were chewy and had excellent depth of flavors. I used 1 1/2 cups raisins and 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips. Added the chocolate chips with the oatmeal at the end. A new favorite!

These are AMAZING!!!! and i added a few things also and i think it made them INCREDIBLE!!!! I…
Added 1.5 Tbsp’s of molasses
Added 1/8 or so tsp of 5 spice
Added 1/4 tsp of nutmeg (along w the 2 tsp of cinnamon)
Added 2/3 cup of finely chopped walnuts
Added a little less than 1 cup cinnamon chips - these were REALLY good
Reduced raisins to 1 cup but its because i didnt have enough -but seemed to be plenty (soaked raisins in the 3 eggs as directed)
Spooned flour into measuring cup
Packed brown sugar
Cooked each batch 10-11 minutes
I mean these are killer! Very rich!

This is the second time I made them the first batch disappeared quickly .incorporating eggs and raisins then letting them sit in the refrigerator really took them a step higher in taste . Thank you . Paul

A BIG hit, even with my non-raisin loving family members. plumping the raisins is genius.

The whole time I am making these I am thinking isn’t it easier to buy some at Sprouts! Then I tasted one fresh out of the oven, sprouts no more. These are insanely good! The reviewer that gave 1 star with no explanation must have reviewed the wrong recipe. It’s a keeper!
