Great flavor! Simple to make and will make again

Great dish! Cut tofu smaller and browned so not mushy. Bought kale instead of spinach but good mistake! Added store bought mix of cauliflower rice, broccoli and carrots too. Served with rice😊👍🏻👍🏻
