Quite tasty even with the simplicity of it. Used pork steaks instead of pork chops, and used a coconut panko. Also fried in peanut oil since thats what I had on hand. Served with a toasted coconut rice.

i love this dish so much! i made ot for dinner for the family and they loved it! its really good with bbq sauce as well.

This is one of my favorite Japanese dishes. I looked through tons of recipes and decided to go with this particular recipe because I familiar with the blog. My boyfriend tried it for the first time and requested for me to make it again.
