The recipe is wonderful; however, please correct the serving size. 12 sandwiches does not equate to 4 servings. (Three sandwiches each serving? No) These dainty tea sandwiches are intended to be a complementary portion along with other finger sandwiches, mini quiche, or other small portion delights. The serving size should be 12.

Great! Loved it!
Would make again. Just have to watch that the cucumbers are English cucumbers and that the bread slices are not too thick.
Bread itself should also be soft (although I usually like the more rustic, fiber-rich kind).
