- 5 oz. albacore tuna (I used Bumble Bee® Sundried Tomato with Olive Oil)
- 1/2 cup carrots (julienne cut, I took a short cut and used prepackaged matchstick cut)
- seedless cucumber (1/4 English, thinly sliced, skin on or off is your preference)
- 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves (or similar greens)
- 1 avocado (peeled, and smashed)
