  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 1/4 sweet onion (medium, sliced)
  • 1/2 red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon yellow cornmeal (plain)
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 pound Shady Brook Farms® Lean Original Turkey Breakfast Sausage (about 7 links, cooked according to package instructions, sliced into rounds)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (minced)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 500°F and set a rack in the top third of the oven. Heat a large nonstick skillet, spray with cooking spray, and cook the onion and pepper until tender-crisp, 3-5 minutes.
    2. Roll dough to about 1/4-inch thickness (about 14x10 inches) on a lightly floured surface.
    3. Spray a 15x10-inch rimmed sheet pan with cooking spray and sprinkle with cornmeal.
