Delicious and so moist!

Quite tasty. I added extra flavourings, but the consistency was greàt and they were just the right level of moistness.

Was definitely very juicy. I used mozzarella cheese instead. I felt like the burger didn’t have much taste and too oniony. My boyfriend loved it though and he’s never had ground turkey before. Was very easy to make.

These burgers turned out delicious. I’m really happy with this recipe, and I have made these burgers multiple times now.

Really good recipe! I was in a pinch for dinner and didn’t have eggs to make burgers with, so tried this recipe substituting the gruyere with mozzarella and the Dijon mustard with honey garlic barbecue sauce, because it’s what we had in the fridge... still turned out excellent! Seems like a great base recipe to get creative with :)

Great burgers! Perfect texture

I used shredded mozzarella because that’s all we had and they were great. Let them get good and set before flipping because the cheese makes them soft. Kids all ate them without hesitation.

Excellent. Great tasting burgers. Will do again.

Very moist and tasty! I added 2 tbsp. dried minced onions to the mixture and topped the burgers in the pan with smoked paprika because I like both of these on turkey burgers.

great flavour, nice and moist. what else is there to know?

The cheese created a beautiful crispy crust and the burgers were moist inside. Super easy too!

Love these Turkey Burgers. Took longer to cook on the stove (probably due to the fact I made them too thick!) Will try them on the grill now that the warm weather is here. Made a double batch to have leftovers and they're even better heated up the next day!

I was skeptical, like everyone else about this, even AFTER reading the reviews. The minimal number of seasoning ingredients had me fearful as some of my counterparts of a certain background may have been used to more bland foods, giving 5 stars to a recipe with as much kick to it as a water casserole. I took a leap of faith, some what knowing I would be disappointed but still curious about why, not even one person commented negatively about this dish. To my complete and utter surprise, the dish turned out delicious! It leaves room for you to add seasoning (via salt and pepper, and if you’re an avid seasoning improviser, anything you deem should go on with the burger). Really, the main ingredients brought out a nice, sweet and juicy burger that was all you needed to send your tastebuds to heaven and back. Taking my first bite, my only regret was not trusting the recipe enough to make more than one burger. After finishing it and licking my hands, disappointed that this delicious meal came to an end, I realized that I had stumbled upon a recipe I will use for the rest of my life and such gave me hope and assurance

Very good! Used shredded cheddar and shredded Parmesan that was in hand. Tasty!

Simple and surprisingly tasty recipe. (I was skeptical but went off of reviews.) When you’re not in the mood for the usual turkey burger, try this one.

Substituted Parmesan and white cheddar, white onion instead of green, and yellow mustard instead of Dijon . No other reason other than I don’t normally keep them. It turned out great with high fives from Mia familia

I loved this recipe. It’s easy and yummy and an amazing alternative to beef burgers. I used provolone, humus, and homemade guacamole for toppings, and toasted the rolls. However, i left out the very expensive Gruyère cheese, and it still came out amazing.

Don't really know anything about cooking and I was afraid that it wouldn't taste good but it came out pretty good 👍🏾

Amazing burgers! Also using the same liquid/cheese ratio with BBQ sauce and cheddar ironed it great.
