- 8 oz. spaghetti
- 1/4 cup margarine (or butter, I use butter)
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 3/4 cup dairy creamer (half & half or non-, I use half & half)
- 3 Tbsp. sherry (if desired, I use 3!)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 dash black pepper
- 3 cups cubed turkey (cooked and, or chicken- you can use as much a you want)
- 4.5 oz. sliced mushrooms (jar of, I used 4 oz of fresh sliced mushrooms which was half a container of the pre-sliced mushrooms that were in the produce section at my local grocery store)
- 1/2 cup grated romano cheese (I use Romano)
- chopped parsley (Extra, for garnish)
