Easy to make and had enough to split in 2 pans (one to eat now and one for a future dinner). Will make this again with chicken.

I skipped making the roux with flour and used a can of mushroom soup and a can of turkey stock. Came out great. I like the ingredients as mushrooms and peas are required for this recipe.
