Taste was delicious...it was difficult to stop eating them. Mine turned out very, very soft. You could pick them up, carefully, but really needed to be firmer. What could I have added? What did I do wrong? The liquid I put in was actually a bit less...like I only used 1/4 cup oil and forgot the lemon juice (which I squeezed over too and worked fine). I couldn’t find fine bulgar, so had to use course but tried to grind it down in food processor,,,very hard stuff! Didn’t grind so well. Would the finer bulgar make a difference in the firmness??? Otherwise delicious and everyone loved them...in spite of the softness.
