This is a great soup! So easy and delicious. I make it often.

So easy, delicious, healthy and satisfying! Top if off with a generous sprinkling of grated parmesan cheese for extra flavor.

Excellent as always. I used 2 packages of beer brats, 1 1/2 bunches of kale, and some "rooster sauce" (Chili Garlic sauce from the Asian aisle). I alway use dried beans soaked overnight. This is my favorite meal right now.

I made it exactly as written. It's delicious. My family loved it. Easily done served with hot rolls.

So delicious! I’m sick and I was looking for a yummy Soup to eat. This soup had incredible flavor. I subbed chicken broth for the vegetable broth to add more flavor. I also left out the pasta and opted for bread on the side . There was enough soup for my husband and I to have three bowls full between the two of us and two small Tupperware containers to store for leftovers. I will definitely make this soup again.

Very good! I do think it would be better to add the noodles in later...mine where so mushy by the end! I also agree more broth would be good too. My 6 yr old really liked it too!

This is honestly the best soup I have ever had. I make it over and over and everyone I give the recipe to raves about it. There are a couple of things that I changed. I add more sausage and I use Italian, Premio sausage..the best! I also make the ditalini on the side so it doesn't soak up the broth. I use more kale because it tastes so delicious in this soup. Thank you for such a delicious soup!!

Delicious! I added a bit more broth to make it more “soupy” and a bit more salt.

Excellent recipe and so flavorful! I used Cajun chicken sausage for a little kick. My daughter doesn't like kale and she loved it too! I will definitely add this recipe as one of my family's favorite meals!

I added one sweet potato, spicy italian sausage and more broth, i like the broth 😀. IT was super yummy and filling. Very heaty. Definitely going to be in my rotation of soups this winter.

I used 3 tomato/basil chicken sausages. I used spinach because I didn't have kale in the house; chicken broth instead of veggie broth (less than it called for in volume). I also added a little oregano on top of the rosemary, salt & pepper. It is delicious! Thanks Yummly!!
