Loved this! Very flavorful and easy. I only had five bananas and did not toast the walnuts (my personal preference). I did begin to test for doneness after 50 minutes due to top browning.

I have been using the same banana nut bread recipe for years. I decided to try a new recipe and was so glad that I use this one. Delicious and moist. Definitely will use this recipe again.

Awesome, I substituted pecans since I did not have walnuts. Incredible crunchy crust and super moist inside.

My family devoured this entire loaf in under an hour, it was that good. I made it, hoping to have it for breakfast the next day...but once we tasted just a bite, we destroyed the whole loaf right then and there. THE best banana bread I’ve ever had. I used whole wheat flour, and didn’t use nuts, and it was still bomb. I can’t wait for my next batch of ugly bananas, so I can make this again.

I added 1/2 cup of chocolate chips instead of nuts and it was great!! I did put too big of holes in the plastic wrap in the microwave though, so most of the juice leaked out, but i managed to still get 1/4 cup of it and I think it still turned out perfect

So amazing and moist, used pecans instead of walnuts. Neighbors and family LOVED IT!

Really difficult to follow when I’m not sure the temp is in degrees centigrade or F. Otherwise fine

20 min prep time for a pro. Not me! It took about 40 min before I put it in the oven. Baked about 65 min before done. The recipe was simple and the results, AMAZING! I didn’t have any baking soda, used baking powder instead. Remember, 3 times powder to soda.

Superb! Thanks! My neighbors are all enjoying!

This was really delicious! I didn’t take the time to heat the banana juice, I just drained until I got the 1/4 cup and threw out the remaining liquid. Also, I didn’t add the bananas on top. Even without that, It was a hit!

I never tasted this since I don't like bananas, so this was made purly for family and it came out perfect. A lot of work, so be ready if you have a wild infant requiring your attention.

Had leftover ripe banana and decided to try to use this recipe. Very moist and full flavoured. Delicious! I can’t keep my hands off it. Will definitely be my go to recipe!

Time consuming but worth it! Have made this recipe three times now and it always comes out amazing.

Awesome! The bananas on top didn't do much for adding banana flavor so I think that next time I'll just add those to the mix itself....more banana!
