I used a Kitchen Aide w/paddle.
I added fresh orange juice to liquids, and zest to dry and Mexican vanilla.
Topped with crystal Sugar. I baked these in a stone circle on parchment.
Took about 18-20 minutes on 1 rack down from top of oven.
Let remain slightly underdone. Bottoms perfect brown.
Cooled immediately on wire wrack. Did not frost.
Not “crumbly” dry at all, dryer than a cake, under bake gave it a delicate moisture.
Delicious.

Absolutely delicious with and without the glaze. I’d recommend adding a tablespoon or two of milk to the glaze to thin it out as it was more of a frosting than a glaze when following the measurements.
