Beautiful! The flavor was Excellent and I followed the recipe plus took some hints from the feedback of others, so I increased the spices (to our taste). It's a keeper! Thank you for this VEGAN fajita recipe!

So good! I added regular yellow onion and minced garlic for the step to cook the mushrooms (I did the red onions and bell peppers as it said just added my own kick)

This recipe is perfect. I always make guac with it. I use 1 of each red, orange, yellow bell peppers, plus a jalapeño for the green :)

Very nice recipe. I used crimini mushrooms and it still turned out good. I bet it would be even better with portobello. Next time (and I may tone down the chili powder a little bit). I used 1/2 the salt.

Delish! I really liked this! It did take a while to cook everything - about an hour to get it just right but it’s worth it! Yum! I had it with guacamole and salsa!

Omg this dish was phenomenal ! I was a little iffy about trying it but it turnt out so delicious ! I was truly amazed and plus this was my first vegan dish. Thank you for sharing this amazing recipe.

This was wonderful. I made homemade flour tortillas, so much better than store bought. Added some sliced avocado and Monterey Jack cheese.

Loved it!!! Used all the different colored bell peppers instead of just 1 like the app suggested. My husband and I love it, we’ve made it at least a dozen times now.

Super yummy!! I would make this again for sure! Followed Yummly recipe. Added salsa and sour cream and carb balance tortilla. So filling!

Very good! I made this and it was a hit with my pre teen daughter who is often very hard to please esp when it comes to Vegan dishes. Will definitely make again!

Has quite a kick- when I make it again the chili powder is for sure getting cut down

Amazing. Wish I could post a picture. I used pre cut fresh baby portobello mushrooms. I did decrease the chili powder because I'm not able to handle really spicy. I tasted it and it was good. Then I added liquid smoke and it really turned it up a notch. Yum!!!!

Delicious. We used some couscous on the side and next time will ptobably do it on some kind of rice or something and just forget about tortillas.
