Definitely worth the effort! I’ve made it twice now and made sure to double the recipe so that it completely fills out a loaf pan. Prep time takes longer than stated, but again, worth it. I’ve tweaked the glaze to add more tomato paste than anything else and it comes out perfect. Highly recommend making this loaf, it’s been requested by friends and family and has become a staple.

I’ve made this many times and it’s the best lentil loaf! I almost double the glaze because we like sauce, and I add a little extra lentils and veggies so there’s more of everything…you really can’t mess this up! Family fave! Thank you!!!

This recipe turned out perfectly. I used soy sauce instead of Tamari, just because that was what I had. My omnivorous family also loved it, my husband asked if I was sure I hadn’t added meat

Was definitely tastier than I thought it would be. I may have pulverized it a bit too much, came out mushy. Love the glaze. Prep time took way too long for me. Overall I would make again, but would make in advance, and then pop in oven when reafy to eat.
