So good I suggest flipping with a spatula. I didn’t have the pecans or kale and it stuck together fine. I also added more Cheyenne and salt and pepper. I don’t usually measure my seasonings lol but it’s great! Especially with the onion topping

OMG 😳 This burger was absolutely delicious 😋 I didn’t have kale, so I used spinach instead. I sautéed the spinach with a little fresh garlic and salt; pat it dry with paper towels and cut it up into the mixture. The burger did not fall apart I can’t wait to eat another one tomorrow.

The sweet potato was too much for this recipe. The burger didn't have enough salt/spice to balance the sweet. It also needed a firming ingredient as it was a bit soft (I added extra pecans and it was still not firm.)

This recipe was delicious! I️ made it for my partner and I️ and we both loved every bite! I️ definitely need to work on my mashing ability though as some of the patties fell apart while flipping.

I did the recipe mostly as posted. This is a good recipe; This is coming from a meat lover. The flavor was very good. The texture needed something. I think the purpose of the pecans, which I loved in this, was suppose to provide texture and depth of flavor. I propose to add extra toasted pecans. I also pureed
the onions raw and cooked with the sweet potatoes and kale. I would also like to add that I have never added maple as a sweetener in recipes. I usually add honey in things such as these. But maple was a definite must in this. It really worked well with the roasted pecans.

Burger is one of my favorite snack so my hubby made this for me last week and it was so yummy.

These are great. Even my husband loves it and makes requests for this on a regular basis.

These are outstanding, even my non- vegan family and friends liked these burgers. Well worth the time. We will be adding these to our regular menu rotation. These are a refreshing break from bean burgers .

I was extremely happy with these — especially the flavor and texture interaction of the onions and the burger. The first one I ate was on a bun... which was fine but, considering the size of the burger, knife-and-forking it (with those onions on top) and a yummy salad on the side was even more enjoyable for me. I’ll definitely be making these again.

Lovely, I fried the onions for half an hour to get them very caramelised, yum! Burgers did fall apart, but who cares when they taste good?

Awesome! My first home made veggie burger and it was awesome. I would definitely make it again and will use extra oil on the baking sheet. I had a hard time flipping them over but other than that they were wonderful. I loved the onion mix.

This is one of the best burgers I've had, vegan or non-vegan. The sweet onions compliment the burger very well. Would recommend this recipe to anyone!
