Easy to make, however was a little bland so added soy sauce, peanuts and chili flakes. Used more vegetables to add variety

This was not fried rice, just rice and vegetables. Very bland needed to add soy sauce and more veggies as the rice to veggie ratio was all off!

The dish turned out great. The rice is not overwhelmed with other flavors, but accented nicely with the veggies. It’s a great side dish to strong flavored course. Had mine with some left over crispy duck I had cooked for Christmas.
