Great! Added mushrooms, asparagus, potato and pumpkin and 6 cloves of smoked garlic. Also added 200g crumbled feta & 100g grated tasty cheese to egg mix before adding to the vegetables. Lined the baking pan with puff pastry and baked in the oven for 40 minutes @ 200C.
