Made this for the first time as a beginner in cooking, added mixed beans and spinach and it was delicious

This recipe was easy. I found it so addictive that I would eat it with fried eggs for breakfast after having it for dinner the night before.

Excellent! I added 2 TBSP of tobasco to the whole mix at the end and used smoked paprika rather than hot smoked, don't know if there is a difference.

Great recipe! I spooned the cooked jambalaya into halved bell peppers and sprinkled with a bit of mozzarella. Lots of flavor!

Made it twice, and has turned out great both times. The directions are clear and easy to follow. This recipe progresses fast enough that I highly recommend having all of your ingredients pre-cut and measured before you begin.
