yum! very tasty - used what veg I had at home and left out chili sauce (hubby's tummy can't handle spice)

I added more cornstarch than the recipe called for to get it extra crispy. Next time I think I might even put them in the air fryer instead of on the stove. The recipe was a success with the whole family. This will be a weekly go to.

Vegetable Lo Mein- what an absolute success, every flavor comes together so wonderfully yummy!

Good. Didn't use tofu and oyster sauce. I used cabbage, carrots, corn and bell peppers for my vegetables, and they came out great. Didn't have to use salt too. Will make again.

Delicious recipe! I add whatever vegetables I had on hand and use soba noodles. I've made it many times and it's become a family favorite. I do use half the amount of chili paste to cut down on the heat for the kiddos.
