- 1 bag slaw (mixed, red and white cabbage, broccoli, carrots)
- 1 bunch chopped cilantro
- 6 green onions (chopped, white and green parts)
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts (roughly chopped, or cashews)
- tofu (optional)
- chickpeas (optional)
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (tablespoons)
- 2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup (/honey or agave nectar)
- 2 tsp. Sriracha sauce (or more)
- 3 Tbsp. chili oil (or peanut oil)
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 3 cloves (grated garlic)
- 1/4 cup water (add less or more water depending on the consistency you like)
- 1 Tbsp. mango chutney (major grey, Indian mango chunda works well too)
