    Kid even liked it. Use canned Lima beans instead and half the Cajun seasoning ( less spicy for my kid)

    Really easy to make, nutritious and filling. It has become a hit in our house and a great mid week meal.

    Took about 15m to chop and mix ingredients and then cooked in my Instant Pot for 15m on high pressure. It is delicious and nutritious!
