Way too salty, I would add a lot less soy sauce

Very good. My son loved it. Baked the tofu for ease and added lots more veggies than called for - doubled everything.

This was fine. It wasn’t spectacular but it wasn’t bad at all. It existed and it was enjoyable. A little boring. I added a touch of maple syrup to the sauce to cut the salty taste. Also doubled the veggies so it wasn’t just noodles. Next time I makes this, I may add some spice.
