- 3 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 tsp. canola oil (or grapeseed oil)
- 1 pkg. extra firm tofu (12- to 14-ounces, do not use silken)
- 8 oz. cremini mushrooms (baby bella, finely chopped)
- 1 can water chestnuts (8 ounces, drained and finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tsp. ginger (freshly grated)
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes (omit if sensitive to spice)
- 4 green onions (thinly sliced, divided)
- 8 romaine (large inner leaves, lettuce from a romaine heart or butter lettuce leaves)

Not great. Hoisin sauce quantity is too much and is overpowering. I will reduce it to 2-3 tsp. Adding salt and little bit of sugar helped.

Meh. I had to add salt to make it edible.
It's nowhere near PF Chang's and I don't think using ground chicken or turkey instead of tofu would make it so.

Delicious and easy. I didn’t have tofu on hand but it was still delicious. It was gobbled up by the four of us as a light, healthy appetizer. Highly recommend.

Very bland, we had to “doctor” it up quite a bit. Also, texture just wasn’t there. Wont make them again.

Absolutely delicious! We had company over & they are vegetarians. I’m always looking for new recipes when they visit. This was by far the best!

My 6 year old loved this I’m still in shock he ate a vegetarian meal without complaint. Great flavour and pretty easy to make!

Simple....I used vegetarian beef crumbles rather than tofu..... try it!

Great copy cat recipe and a lot less sodium in this then at PF Chang's! Is a great meal and a favorite would make again
