easy and tasty...has become a favorite in our house...we did need to go to an Asian grocery store to track down the wine and curry but now we have it on hand and make often!

Turned out absolutely delicious,! Will make afain and again and again...best paired with sunny side ups 😉

It came out great! If you don’t have a wok I recommend working in batches to get everything combined. Otherwise you will be wrestling with those noodles. Also I used scallions instead of leeks, added soy sauce and kala namak, and finished with cilantro.
