This was a lot of fun to make. I picked up all my veggies at a local food market the day before and everything tasted great. The prep time takes awhile for this dish, but once it’s done, it was fun to add all the nuts and other fruits. In the end though all these flavors mixed and tasted amazing together. I left some of the water in my dish when I took it out of the oven which tasted extra sweet and very much of the cinnamon which was oh so good.

This was delicious!!! I made it for Christmas dinner & served it with chicken. I am excited about the leftovers.

Wasn't sure about the mix of nuts and fruit in this dish l, but everything balances so nicely. Good as a side dish or as it's own meal.
