Simple, delicious, and a different taste from my ‘usuals’. What more could I want. I’ve made it twice since discovering the recipe.

Very easy and flavorful. Not sure how it could come out bland unless old pepper and garlic were used and no garnishes added. I had mine over rice (and added some mango pieces that were about to go bad) and husband had over riced cauliflower. Will make again. Easily modifiable.

Was very tasty, but only enough for two people realistically. Not great for reheating unless you keep some cucumber to the side/make fresh cucumber when you want to eat it!

We loved this. Similar to favorite dishes on Vietnamese restaurants. I upped the pepper and we added crushed red pepper and sriracha to adapt to our individual tastes.
