- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp. ponzu sauce
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. fine sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 green onions (chopped finely)
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 3 cloves garlic (finely minced)
- vegetable oil
- 6 cups beef stock (prepared, recipe below)
- 1 meatballs (recipe pork, Recipe below)
- 8 oz. dried rice noodles (cooked per manufacturer's instructions)

- 2 serrano peppers (or jalapeno peppers, sliced)

This turned out great!...never made meatballs in my life but these were the best I've ever tasted and it all worked really well together...broth needed alittle salt and there was a couple things i couldn't find at the store but had a great taste!
