- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. smoked paprika
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- sea salt (for serving)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Line a square baking pan or casserole dish with aluminum foil.
- Trim the leaves and rough stalks from the bottom of the cauliflower, leaving the core. Set the cauliflower right side up in the baking dish

This is delicious and one of my favorite ways to make cauliflower! My whole family loved it. Reading the reviews I would just say if you’re new to cooking just remember vegetables come in different sizes and your cook time may vary. Just set a timer and keep checking it, poke with a fork and adjust time if needed so you don’t overcook.

doubled all the spices- turned out lovely!!also used left over spices as a final layer when removing the tin foil

horrible! 3 hours to make? After the 1st 1.5 hours it was already mush. I ended up making mashed cauliflower. Not good at all.
