DE-E-lish!!! Needed a recipe for oatmeal cookies that wasn't too calorifique for a friend just out of hospital. Used half buckwheat and half flour (no wholewheat flour in the cupboard!) and used half almonds and half walnuts (that's what I had). This will be my go-to recipe for travel snacks as well -- healthy and so so tasty! Thanks so much for this recipe!
