It’s a pretty simple recipe, just a lot of mushroom prep. Turned out delicious. Didn’t deviate from instructions. Husband loved it too. Rich and Creamy mushroom flavor. Left overs were yummy too!

Risotto newbie here & this recipe was a major success for the entire family! My husband couldn’t stop going back for 2nd, 3rd & 4ths. This recipe is a keeper and I will definitely make it again!

First time risotto maker here. This turned out so amazing! It all came together so easily, and is only time-intensive because of the constant stirring. It was so rich, creamy, and delicious. I’ll definitely make this again.
