These waffles were super easy to make, delicious and were good for us. Which we love!

I didn't have time to take a picture of it, it looked so delitious (and it was).

Very easy to make. Like someone else said they’re a little eggie, next time I would add all 4 tablespoons of almond flour, I only did 3 tablespoons. Also, I would add some cinnamon or nutmeg to the batter just to give it a little more flavor. Very good though, it still give you the satisfaction of a normal waffle.

Great consistency and flavor. Super quick to make too!

You can taste the egg all through these. Not a fan at all.

Sorry… After being on keto for two months and was craving something that remotely taste like a waffle, this does not cut it. I’m gonna have to play with the consistency. My disappointment in recipes that try to be bread like is that they all taste like egg. So basically I made a keto chocolate sauce to put on top of what essentially is eggs and not a waffle. Good effort but I’m gonna play with the recipe to see if I can get it to be less eggy and more waffly.

Just made these for my wife and they came out golden brown.

Very good recipe. Texture was much better than other Kėto waffles I’ve tried.

I added 2 Tbsp of coconut flower to the 2 Tbsp of almond flour Also added vanilla extract and Swerve brown sugar. Turned out great. Served with blueberries and cool whip.

It was alright. I wouldn’t consider it the world’s greatest. I probably would try different recipe next time.

I make them every weekend

It wasn’t as good as I hoped. I found it very hard and dry. The taste was pretty good in that it didn’t taste like egg or coconuts

I made a double recipe with the extra almond flour (1/2 cup total for double recipe) which made 5 large waffles on my waffle iron. Added 1 tsp vanilla, a couple shakes cinnamon, and 1 tbs monk fruit sweetener and they were great. Keep waffle iron on high heat setting, let it go for another 30 seconds after it’s done, then it’s nice and crispy. On my calculations through myfitnesspal each waffle had 250 calories and 1.5 net carbs.

Really good airy, but crispy waffles. I was afraid that the 4 servings wouldn't be enough for two people. It yields 5-6 medium size waffles.

Omg waffles! I have been doing low carb for a year and a half and I have been missing waffles and pancakes. This recipe is great! They taste just like any other waffles I've ever had. The batter did seem thin so I added the extra almond flour per the recipe but it didn't thicken at all. However the thin batter didn't matter one bit because my waffles came out awesome. Next time I'm gonna try substituting peanut butter in place of butter or oil. I'm very looking forward to trying this recipe for pancakes. Thank you for this!

These are very good!!! Added a little vanilla and they were fabulous!!!
Need to triple the recipe for enough batter to make waffles for 2.
Yummly User 4 years ago
Good I added 1 Tbsp coconut flower, 1/2 tsp vanilla and used goat cheese instead of cream cheese
Made again and added 1tbsp coconut flour
Used avocado oil
Second time consistency closer to regular waffle

One word, delicious. My kids loved them! Keeping this recipe in rotation. My kids have simple palates and were satisfied. You can’t blame a recipe for someone’s overly sugared up kids that expect more.
