- 1 cup carrot (finely julienned)
- 5 cabbage leaves (small, cut into bite-sized pieces)
- pickled ginger (thinly sliced Japanese, to serve, optional)
- 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tsp. sweet soy sauce (dark)

This was really easy to make. I added more veggies. I did think the sauce was a bit too sweet.

Delicious, all the family enjoyed!
Didn’t use the oyster sauce as i couldn’t find it, still very good.
