- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 Tbsp. ground pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1 cup whey protein powder (Unflavored, I used Hoosier Farms Brand in a shallow bowl.)
- 2 qt. oil (for frying, I used refined Coconut Oil)

Absolutely PHENOMENAL, for keto-friendly nugs man! Wish I had known about whey-powder coating, prior to finding this recipe. Nevertheless, this opens a whole new dimension of fried deliciousness for my wife and I, all while maintaining low carb intake!

They turned out great but I didnt find the taste made me think of mcdonalds nuggets
