I made these very easy to make fritters and they turned out great! I used oat flour and not sure if I cooked them too fast because they were crispy outside and not done on the inside completely. So I covered them to steam them a bit. Not bad for my first time making fritters! 😄

Excellent recipe! I used zucchini, carrot, and cauliflower in the fritters. The kids ate them so fast that I didn’t get a chance to try them!

It's really easy and tastes good.

Delicious but I used regular flour..

Sooooo good! I too used Chick Pea flour, and they were sooooo good! Fortunately, the kids won’t touch them (based on the “scarey” ingredients - haha!), so there’s more for the rest of us! Thank you for sharing this recipe.

Nice, i used almond flour and needed more than 1/2 cup ...tasty, will try again with a sweet potato added to help with the binding. Ate with a yogurt based dip

Excellent, taste and texture. I used chickpea
flour ( besan, in Indian markets) and added additional dill weed and garlic powder. I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty these patties were- healthy too!

Only used one carrot and had to add a little more salt

Turned out great. Our carrot & zucchini were cut a little more chunky, but turned out fine. We topped with a spicy mayo 10/10. We paired this with our stuffed pepper recipe to make a great veggie dinner.

Amazing!! This beats an old Jew/Marocain recipe handed to me years ago, do not hesitate to add puréed eggplants and always a little touch Paprika:)

I absolutely love this fritter recipe. Really easy to make and is a great vegetable side dish and the perfect alternative to having potatoes. I put a little sour cream on top and could eat a dozen of these.

Pretty qucik and easy to prepare. They were pretty tasty, in addition to the garlic powder I also added Onion powder and served with classic hummus. Yum 😊

This was quite good, but I made modifications. To add some color, I grated a raw beet and added to the mixture and then added some onion powder and garlic powder to add a little more flavor.
