Fast. Easy. Delicious.

I sauteed some onion and mushroom prior to adding the turkey to the pan and added a few cloves of minced garlic at the same time as the zucchini, green onion and ginger. Used soy sauce instead of coconut aminos.

Delicious, quick, and easy! I didn't have any coconut aminos on hand so I used a little Worcestershire sauce instead

a great base but, as others have noted, it needs some personalization. added a splash of apple cider vinegar, mushrooms, red pepper flakes, fresh basil, yellow onion, cholula, and five spice. this could support feta cheese and and other imaginative things.

Amazing! Has become a house hold staple

A bit bland, needs some more spices or flavorful veggies overall very good over rice or quinoa

Came out great, had to add cornstartch because it came out a little watery.

added lemon juice, greek seasoning, adobo, scrapped the ginger for red pepper flakes and added yellow onions too! it turned out incredible and I put it over tri-color quinoa

This is surprisingly delicious!!

Without extras it would be pretty bland. After reviewing others suggestions, I added: 1/2 a diced yellow onion, 4 garlic cloves, 2 chopped carrots, 2 chopped celery stalks and 1 tbs Five Spice Powder to the turkey. Was delicious!

I was glad I added garlic and baby Bella mushrooms. Was a bit dry and we all thought the spices used weren’t quite right for the dish. It’s a good base and will try again but change some things up.

I altered this recipe slightly by adding a large bunch of fresh oyster mushrooms. It is a really nice dish when your in the mood for something slightly subtle. I served mine on a bed of brown rice and qinnoa. I will eat it again as I have looked for new ways to preaesnt ground white turkey. The spinach is odddly imortatant and if you can get the mushrooms yes absolutely!~

Really flavorful! I used soy sauce because I didn’t have coconut aminos but I did everything else the same. I also added in some matchstick carrots for more veggies. This will go into the quick dinner rotation!

This was much better than expected. I used vidalia onion because I didn’t have green onions and kale instead of spinach. Definitely making this again.

i really like the recipe.
i broke up the turkey first thing rather than searing in in a block.. and i added a tsp of fish sauce and 2tbsp sambal oelek for heat and flavoring. i also added 2 tbsp hoisin sauce for sweetness but its high in sugars so be cautious if you want a healthy meal. i served over rice cooked in vegetable or chicken broth for a better flavor.

Excellent and easy. Routinely substitute for veggies we have on hand.
