- 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 3/4 cup plain flour
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. buttermilk

Great and easy to make. I would add your favorite spices to give it some more flavor, but everyone enjoyed it

Was very easy to make and quite tasty, I should have seasoned them a little but otherwise yum
