A nice easy recipe! We added some dried dill to the mix. will not be adding butter next time, it’s a bit overpowering in the soup.

So easy and super good! I substituted turkey broth for the chicken broth since I had leftover from Thanksgiving. I added the leftover shredded turkey along with the noodles during the last hour. Also since there was at least a sticks worth of fat on top the leftover broth, I skipped the butter. Added enough water to the broth to make half the soup recipe. Pretty tasty!
