Add different spices/seasonings to what it calls for because they are bland. i added Blackened Seasoning and Salt-free Southwest Chipotle and they had so much more flavor.

Great! I didn’t cook them so long that they would’ve turned as dark as the photo shows, and they were perfect.

Very good flavor. The chops were very thin so I think shaving a minute off each side would’ve resulted in more tenderness.
We’ll make this again. Super simple

This was delicious, a hit all around. The spices in the core recipe were perfect. Olive oil did smoke the house up a bit. Think I’ll look for grapeseed oil for the next attempt.

I believe I did everything according to the recipe. The flavor was perfect. Good meat/poultry/seafood/vegetables never need excessive seasoning. Even though my chops were close to an inch thick, they still tasted a little overdone to me. The family ate happily, but I think they needed just a tad less time. I used a cast steel pan, not a cast iron. Maybe the difference?

My chops were quite thick so I had to leave it on a lower temperate & cook them a bit more. Tasty! Ate with roasted potatoes & carrots

Was a great dish. I just love this with thin fried green tomatoes and corn on the cob.

This dish is a keeper. My son ate three of these chops. Served it with herbed potatoes and balsamic green beans.

My family loved these and they're very fast and easy. I've made them twice already. I cut down the cook time the second time with good results - I think maybe my pork chops aren't as thick as the recipe writer's.

it was good, it turned out right. great timing, i love the garlic and salty taste. it wasnt hard, just enough chewyness to it. it was right in the middle between dry and juicy, it was perfect.

Tasty and easy. Somehow I managed to burn a little. I will try to get chops a little thinner and turn earlier next time.

The cooking directions are on point - these came out perfectly. I like seasoning, so I added thyme, oregano, basil, and a bit of brown sugar in addition to the seasonings in the recipe. (I got the idea from another recipe on Yummly: Pork Chops with Sweet and Sour Glaze. I basically just used the dry seasonings from that recipe.) Hubby and I loved it.

It was very delicious. Be careful not to dip too much seasoning, it can taste salty.

It did the job on a busy night!

I added a little Worcestershire sauce. My wife loved them

Instead of searing I put a skillet with medium high to high range and did 4 minutes 4 minutes and it turned out just as good but without the searing black crust for a person with sensitive teeth

It was fabulous. My husband loved it. And he doesn’t like pork chops. Enough said thank you
