This is a great option if you're short on time. I don't think it's exactly like a typical caesar dressing, but it is still pretty good. Have made this twice, and will make it again!

Did not like the flavour of the hummus, in the dressing, even tho I like hummus, Second day the hummus flavour wasn't quite as strong.

Sooo delicious and it really takes no time at all. The houmous is the key ingredient: it adds extra creaminess. I use it in salad dressings all the time now!
