Used pumpkin instead of sweet potatoes. Turned out great!

Delish! Very good. I used butternut squash and lentils because I had them, in lieu of sweet potatoes and garbanzo beans. Perhaps a deviation from traditional ingredients, but it turned out excellent. And served it over millet. I will definitely make this dish again!
