    The family enjoyed the chicken. This being the first time to make the recipe, I followed it; I feel like I should have used more of the spices. Yes, I got everything lightly coated, top and bottom, with spices, but I always felt like I was going to run out. Add another teaspoon amount of spices to the mix and then you don't have to worry about running out! Otherwise great! Oh, I baked it in the oven, and the skin was nice and crisp and the chicken was perfect. I put in it for 40 min because my oven thermometer is a little off.
