This recipe is soooo good. I changed it up a tad, based on what I had on hand. I used 1 can roasted tomatoes, added cumin to the broth, extra teaspoon of organo and omitted the chipotle that they suggest in the directions. I also added over half a lemon juice to the broth once cooked. I was hesitant on the mint and used a 1/4 cup which was perfect for us.

Great meatballs, great flavorful soup. I’ll make this again, but would use less or no potatoes as they thickened the broth. Will try with carrots and celery next time 🤔

Best true to taste recipe! I add garlic and cilantro to meatball recipe and make mine with local lean ground pork.. absolutely delicious recipe is like my Nanas’s! Oh, and I added a jalapeño!
