Easy and tastes great but it was a little dry. Next time I will add more butter. Still delicious!

Yum! I had frozen peaches, unsweetened: I thawed them about 80% prior . I used a 9x13 pan , it was a shallow cobbler as I used a 16oz bag of peaches (1 layer). Next time I may use a 9x9 pan. I sprinkled the peaches with only 1 Tbsp of sugar . I like that you can spoon mix the cobbler topping rather than using the stand mixer. The melted butter created more of a butter cookie cobbler rather than the biscuit kind, nice touch !
