Delicious. Very easy to make.

Always a favorite in our house! Comes together with ease and with the amount of eggs we eat it for breakfast!

I didn’t care for the fried apples on the bottom. I think I’ll try putting them on top next time.

Modified to make gluten-free and dairy free, and received 5-star reviews from the family. Here are the mods I made: replaced flour 1:1 with Bob’s Red Mill GF flour. Replaced milk with coconut milk + 1 Tbsp lemon juice (which makes it essentially like a buttermilk replacement). Like several others here, I sprinkled in a quarter-tsp cinnamon, too. Baked for 18:30 mins, but next time would bake for 19:30. Delicious!

Delicious and easy. Chef husband was happy; will make again.

Easy to make and so stunning! I added a quarter teaspoon of cinnamon to my dry ingredients. I drizzled mine with caramel sauce rather than maple syrup. Yum!

This recipe was easy and it turned out great! I added a little cinnamon to the apples and had to bake closer to 20 minutes. I did not turn in the convection until it was already in the oven for 10 minutes. My boys added Nutella but I ate with fresh blueberries and sprinkle of powdered sugar. We all enjoyed it and my boys told me I should make it more often! I’d say this recipe is perfect for 4 people, I’d definitely have to double if boys have friends over.....

I doubled this recipe and used an extra deep cast-iron skillet. It turned out great and very yummy!! The teenagers in my house loved it!

Just as advertised, this recipe is easy and delicious. I made on a cool September Sunday morning and added a little cinnamon. Nothing says fall better than cinnamon and Apple's.
